A rental that hosts gatherings — not a standalone venue
To set expectations before you inquire: the Wremy is a vacation rental that comfortably hosts up to 20 people, booked by guests who are also staying here. It is not a conventional event venue with a coordinator, a rental inventory or a ceremony space. What it offers instead is 3,200 square feet, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens and a private back yard that a group can use for a full weekend.
Book the Cottage for a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa; the Main House for two king bedrooms and a bonus room with two queen beds; or both together for the full 3,200 square feet. The Main House kitchen has a full gas range and oven with a dining room seating six to eight, the living room seats five in front of a brick fireplace, and the lower deck adds a dining table for six and a gas-assisted charcoal grill.

- No. The Wremy is a vacation rental that hosts gatherings of up to 20 people — showers, wedding-party mornings, family celebrations and small parties. It does not operate as a conventional event venue with a coordinator, a rental inventory or ceremony space.
- How many guests can gather at the property?
- Up to 20 people across the house, deck and back yard. Overnight capacity is 14.
- Do we have to book overnight accommodation to hold an event?
- No. An overnight booking is not required — daytime and evening gatherings can be arranged on their own. Most groups do stay over, and overnight capacity is 14.
- What is the indoor seated capacity?
- The Main House dining room seats six to eight, the living room seats five and the breakfast bar seats three; the Cottage great room seats six. Outdoors, the lower deck dining table seats six. Groups of 20 mix indoor and outdoor space.
- Can we bring in a caterer or outside food?
- Yes. Outside caterers and self-catering are both welcome, and guests regularly use the full gas kitchen, the kitchenette and the grill. Let us know your vendor plans in advance so we can confirm arrangements for your date.
- Is alcohol allowed?
- Yes, for guests of legal drinking age and served responsibly. No cash bars, ticketed drinks or amplified party events.
- What parking is available?
- Four free off-street spaces on site, plus roughly 20 more on the street around the property. We ask guests to carpool where possible and to keep driveways and neighbors' frontages clear.
- Are tables, chairs and decorations provided?
- The house furniture, dining tables and deck seating are what's on site; we do not stock event rentals. Decorations that leave no marks or residue are fine — please ask before anything is attached to walls, ceilings or the deck.
- Is there an additional event fee or deposit?
- Pricing is inquiry-based. Tell us the date, the group size and what you are planning and we will quote it clearly up front.
- What are the quiet hours?
- The Wremy sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, so gatherings wind down by 11 p.m. and music stays at conversation level after dark.
- What is not allowed?
- The property is non-smoking and pet-free, and it is not suitable for ticketed events, receptions with amplified sound, or anything beyond 20 guests. Note also that both entrances require stairs.
