Most Parents Weekend groups are two to six people. The Cottage handles that on its own; families travelling with siblings or a second set of parents take the Main House, and two families sharing the weekend book both.

Close to campus and downtown
The house is under two miles from Mississippi State and five blocks north of Main Street. Campus events, the Junction, the Cotton District and downtown restaurants are all a short drive or rideshare — easy to do twice in a day.
