Two separate buildings on one lot, joined by a private back yard. Families split between them without splitting up: kids and grandparents in the Cottage, the rest in the Main House, everyone meeting on the deck.

The Main House dining room seats six to eight around a large round table, the living room seats five in front of the fireplace and the breakfast bar adds three. Outside, the upper deck has an outdoor couch and swivel chairs, the lower deck has a dining table for six, and the covered patio has rocking chairs and a gas-assisted charcoal grill.
